Dr Peter Feldhaus has been Chief Executive Officer of Onyx Power Group since June 2019. Previously he held various positions at thyssenkrupp, including Head of Global Strategy, CEO of the Marine Systems unit and of the Industrial Solutions unit. Before joining thyssenkrupp, Feldhaus worked for 16 years as an expert in the energy sector, advising German and international clients for the management consultancy McKinsey & Company. As Senior Partner he worked at various international locations, including Russia, Eastern Europe and the USA.

Filip Biznár has been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Onyx Power Group since March 2026. Filip brings extensive experience in finance and management, with a strong focus on the energy sector. Most recently, he served as CFO of the Dutch energy company EP NL, where he spent the last three years on integration and development of an integrated energy company after a series of acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked for a major European utility for several years on a number of strategic acquisitions and projects across Europe.

Roel van der Stok has been Chief Operating Officer of Onyx Power Group since May 2023. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s operating business. Van der Stok has many years of experience in the chemical and energy industries. Among other things, he held various positions at E.ON SE for more than 20 years. His professional career took him to Turkey and Brazil as COO of various E.ON power plant companies.
